Below is a list of important forms and waivers. These forms and waivers must be filled out, signed, and returned BEFORE a rower or coxswain is allowed on the water.

- Volunteer Hours - each family is required to contribute a minimum of 20 hours to the club - See the President's Letter for more information
- Dues Payment Voucher - please include the payment voucher with your dues - See the President's and Treasurer's Letters for more information
- Mission Statement - See below for the Junior Crew Mission Statement
- Dues Credit - See below for information on the Dues Coupon - sign up a new rower and receive $100 off your RCRC dues!!

Also, please schedule a doctor's appointment ASAP and get your Physicians Release Forms signed before the season starts!!!
